Dr. J. Nick Marzella

Nick was a veteran of the Vietnam War era. He is memorialized by Ken Clarke.

Dr. Marzella was a Veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as a Psychiatric Specialist at the Ft. Gordon Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center from 1971-73. He graduated with a BSJ and a Masters in Counselor Education from Ohio University, and a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. He was the owner of Association for Psychotherapy, Inc. where he was a long-time and well respected clinical and police psychologist for over 50 law enforcement departments and organizations. A former visiting professor at Otterbein College and Adjunct Professor at Ohio University and The Ohio State University, Dr. Marzella was a lecturer, public speaker, workshop leader, and noted author of numerous publications in his field.
