Mayor Rahm Emanuel at the 2014 Liberty Gala

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel spoke at the Pritzker Military Museum & Library Liberty Gala in Chicago on November 8, 2014.

The Mayor spoke on Chicago having an extensive JROTC program as well as campuses that represent all branches of service. He continued his remarks with the high graduation rates and even higher college attendance rates for students who enroll in the Chicago Military Academies.
