Iraqi Most Wanted Playing Cards

In the opening hours of the invasion of Iraq on March 20, 2003, SEAL Teams were tasked with preventing some of the damaging oil-well fires seen in the first Gulf War by securing two offshore oil platforms and an oil refinery in Al Faw.

As the war progressed, SEALs supported Allied forces in major operations in Baghdad, Fallujah, Ramadi, Mosul, and elsewhere.  SEAL snipers were particularly effective in supporting Marine and Army combat elements in these areas.
