Memorial Day Program 2026

Join us for Memorial Day programming as we honor our courageous fallen service members.

This special, engaging day begins at 11:00 AM CT and will take place at the Pritzker Military Museum & Library.

Please pre‑register so we can ensure we have enough supplies for everyone. Everyone who pre‑registers and attends our Memorial Day program will receive a free admission ticket to view our next exhibit in June.

Program

Below is a sample of the programming that will be offered from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM:

11:00 AM – Remembrance Program
- Includes the Presentation of the Colors, remarks by LTC Jennifer N. Pritzker, USA (Ret.), and a wreath-laying ceremony.
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Somers Fire Truck visit and a live caricature artist.
All-Day Activities
- Opportunities to honor fallen service members, community information tables, hands-on crafts, and additional family-friendly activities.

We will also have food available to purchase from J&M's Bar & Grill.

The Museum & Library will be open from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
