Collapsible metal cup in leather case

Metal collapsible cup has four segments and fits inside a leather case. Two pieces of metal, attached to the top segment, fold out and act as a handle. Leather case has "Franklin Fire Insurance Company of Philadelphia 1829" as well as depictions of Benjamin Franklin, a house on fire, and an early fire pump stamped on the top and bottom of the case. In addition, there is a leather strap and snap on the side to open and close the case.
