Colt model 1903 pocket hammerless general officer's pistol

Pistol appears to have a nickel-plated finish with checkered walnut grips.There is a thumb safety on the left side of the frame and a grip safety. The magazine release is on the bottom of the grip near the magazine well. The right side of the slide has the inscription, "Colt Automatic Calibre 32 Rimless Smokeless". The left side of the slide has the inscription, "Colt's PT. F.A. MFG. CO. hartford, CT. U.S.A. Patented APR. 20 1897, DEC. 22, 1903." The right side of the frame has the inscription, "U.S. Property.
