Join PMML Archivist Lindsay Robbins as she cooks her way through history, one recipe at a time. Using cookbooks and historical materials from the PMML collection, Lindsay explores the flavors of the past and tries her hand at recreating recipes from another era. We’re not professional chefs but we are professional history nerds so expect plenty of learning, a few surprises, and makin a mess ( or several messes…) along the way.
