Stories of Service: The Holt Oral History Program 2016 Highlights

The Museum & Library's Holt Oral History Program captured more than 30 new Stories of Service in 2016 - by Veterans of every American service branch and nearly every modern war, including Vietnam and World War II.

This year's Oral History video features clips from WWII Veteran and U.S. Senator Bob Dole as well as Montford Point Marine, Edwin Fizer. It also features a number of Vietnam Veterans such as Colonel (Retired) Eugene F. Scott honoring their service and welcoming them home. Both Scott and Fizer were guests of honor at this year's Liberty Gala.

This video, produced for the Museum & Library's annual Liberty Gala, features moving stories from Veterans of World War II through today. Each of these interviews can be heard in its entirety here.
