The event honored this year’s Founder’s Award recipients: CAPT Chris Cassidy, USN (Ret.), MG Brian Winski, USA (Ret.), and COL Harvey C. “Barney” Barnum Jr., USMC (Ret.). Presented by Founder and Chair, Jennifer N. Pritzker, these awards recognize outstanding contributions to preserving the legacy of the Citizen Soldier and advancing public understanding of military service.

Guests also enjoyed a performance by Broadway artist and Tony® Award nominee Melissa Errico, whose musical tribute to the Great War, reminded everyone of the shared history, sacrifice, and spirit that define the American experience.

The Liberty Bash was more than a celebration. It was a gathering of people who believe that preserving the stories of service keeps our nation’s ideals alive. Together we honor the past, support those who serve today, and inspire future generations to carry the mission forward.
