2016 Liberty Gala

Thank you to all who supported the 2016 Liberty Gala - a special evening that celebrated and supported the work of the Pritzker Military Museum & Library and honored the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces, past and present. 

Highlights of the evening included the presentation of the Pritzker Military Museum & Library Literature Award for Lifetime Achievement in Military Writing to Hew Strachan, a Founder's Literature Award presentation to Sir Alistair Horne, and men and women of the United States military. 

The night also showcased the Museum & Library's events and accomplishments in 2016 with a year-in-review presentation and an overview of powerful Stories of Service preserved as part of the Holt Oral History Program.
