"We are pulling them (books) out of the crates and putting them onto shelves where they can actually start changing how people think about service. This isn't about building a museum of the past. It is about building a classroom for the future. We want a space where a veteran and a high school student can sit at the same table and realize they are part of the same American story." - Scott English, PMML President

We are transforming our Reading Room into the Citizen Soldier Community Library. This new space will be a 30-seat research hub and broadcast center designed to bring our world-class collections out of storage and into the hands of the public. This is more than a renovation. It is a place for veterans to share stories, for students to discover the meaning of citizenship, and for researchers to access our specialized military history collection.
Your support ensures that military history remains a living part of the American experience. By adding your support, you become a permanent part of this institution and a champion for the stories of the Citizen Soldiers in our care. See below how you can easily make an impact within your community.
