SO2 (SEAL) David Warsen
27, of Kentwood, MI
On August 16, 2012, SO2 (SEAL) David Warsen was one of seven American service members who were killed in action, during a mission to push out insurgents and improve security in an area northeast of Kandahar, Afghanistan. The helicopter he was traveling in was struck by a rocket propelled grenade, killing all members onboard. He was assigned to a West Coast based SEAL team.
