Medal is a bronze disc. Obverse shows a winged figure of Victory; reverse has the inscription "THE GREAT WAR FOR CIVILIZATION". Ribbon is a rainbow spectrum from violet to red (from left edge to the center of ribbon) and red to violet (from center to right edge).
